Andreina Suárez

Graduated from the "Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado" as a Civil Engineer, with 10 years of experience, throughout her life she has been dedicated to expand her knowledge and be an integral professional, studying as Ivent Plans in Community College Miami, Realtor in Florida, brand management at IESA among others, She has also dedicated herself to social work, being the vice president of the Bel Foundation for more than 8 years, she has managed to lead various projects of children's education and social transformation through art, this is how she assumes the direction of the book Lara, my Imaginary Museum.

Plastic artist Jesús Pernalete Túa

He began his artistic skills since he was 5 years old, painting in a self-taught way, later he deepens his knowledge of arts, studying painting and graphic expression in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas Sofia Imber. To complete his artistic training he travels intensely to two great centers of art and world culture, such as the British Museum and the National Gallery of London during the year 2000-2001, later and until today he lives and works in his hometown Barquisimeto, developing a pictorial work influenced by pop art and free abstraction, reaching audiences of all ages, especially the youngest, thanks to the intense colors of his creations, this closeness with children and young people always keeps him in contact with charitable causes and educational alliances.

Glendys Santiago Oviedo

Graduated in Human Development from the Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in 2019, she is part of the Flor de la Esperanza team since 2018 when she joined as an intern, she developed the semifinalist social project in the IDEAS contest carried out by the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA). During her career she developed sensitivity to social work, evidenced in the development of countless projects in the most vulnerable communities, under the methodology of situational strategic planning, and the logical framework. She works in the area of planning, development, monitoring and evaluation of programs based on a thorough assessment of the population to be intervened.

Melvira Hernández

Graduated from the "Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado" (UCLA), with a degree in Public Accounting, with 15 years of experience in her profession has held senior management positions as the comptroller of the Bel Corporation, currently part of the team of the Flor de la Esperanza Foundation.

Manuel José García Pernalete

Photographer graduated from the renowned Escuela de Artes Martin Tovar y Tovar in 2004, where he also studied at the Talleres Vocacionales de Arte, which further stimulated his work.  He also has a passion for the arts that he lived since he was a child with his father Roseliano García, a renowned painter and sculptor from Lázaro. His photographic work has a mixture of spontaneity and a precise knowledge of the technique in the handling of contrasts, he also works with the composition of light and shadows. Since 2008 he has presented his work in various regional and national art and photography salons. He has been part of the team since its foundation in 2015. He participated as a photographer in the production of the book Lara: my imaginary museum. For Manuel painting his greatest inspiration are abstract landscapes, many of his works adorn the Gallery @piso8fineart. When taking a photograph, he also seeks to document the moment and make it an artistic expression.
